These sessions are aimed at those needing slower classes to allow for specific individual exercises to support their healing, These classes are coached on the mat , tower and reformer.

Our Reformer Pilates class offers a full body workout using the spring based Reformer to build strength, improve alignment and enhance mobility. The moving carriage adds resistance and support allowing you to work deeper into the muscles, challenge your core and enjoy smooth, flowing movement. Suitable for all levels and abilities. This class blends precision, control and mindful movement for powerful results.
Ladder Barrel Pilates
Our Ladder Barrel Pilates class focuses on improving flexibility, core strength, and spinal mobility using the curved support of the Ladder Barrel. This versatile apparatus allows for deep stretching, precise strengthening and beautifully controlled movements that open the body and improve posture. Suitable for all levels, its an uplifting, sculpting session that leaves you feeling lengthened, balanced and re-energised.

Our Matwork Pilates class focuses on strengthening your core, improving posture and enhancing flexibility using your own bodyweight (and sometimes small props) and controlled mindful movement, With a mix of flowing sequences and targeted exercises, this class builds strength from the inside out and is suitable for all fitness levels - from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

With its unique spring resistance and compact design, The Pilates Chair challenges your core, enhances stability and deepens muscle engagement. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a powerful, uplifting session in a supportive personalised environment.
Chair Pilates
Our Tower Pilates class uses the spring based Tower apparatus to lengthen, strengthen and mobilise the whole body. combining traditional matwork with the added support of the Tower bars, springs and straps, this class enhances alignment, improves mobility, flexibility and deepens core engagement. Suitable for all levels, it offers a unique blend of strength, stretch and control for a beautifully balanced workout.

To make sure you feel confident and get the most out of your sessions , we ask anyone who is new to Pilates to start with our Level 1 Beginner Courses. They cover all the key foundations and safety techniques, so you’ll be fully prepared to progress to Level 2 or attend drop in classes.

How does payment work ?
You ‘re welcome to pay per session if you prefer, or you can purchase a bundle of 5, 10 or 20 sessions to reduce the cost.
We also offer courses - usually a block of 4 sessions - which give you a guaranteed space and the added advantage of progressing steadily through our levels, from Beginners all the way up to Advanced.
Cancellation Policy
Due to demand we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If less than 24 hours notice is given no refund will be provided.
Courses can not be refunded or transferred after week one has been completed.
Packages can not be refunded or transferred but have 12 months to be used.
If you cancel with24 hours or more notice please contact us to arrange a class/session credit, a transfer or a refund., - please cancel your session and then contact us by completing the form below.
What Do I Need To Bring?
For all Pilates sessions - whether on the Reformer, Tower. Chair or other equipment - grippy socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair we sell them at our studios for £8 a pair.
If you’re booked onto a Level 1 course, you’ll receive a complimentary pair of grippy socks on the first day of your course.
We recommend bringing a sweat towel and a drink of water. If attending classes in Newport that are not on the Reformer please also bring a mat.
